Shop Policies

Domestic Shipping: All standard orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Cancellations: You may request a cancellation within 2 days of purchase on all orders. Custom or Made to Order items will have a 2 day wait period before production begins. Once production has begun the order cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Exchanges: Accepted within 30 days of original purchase. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Custom or Made to Order items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged Items: We take great care to ensure every package is properly packed and protected — but occasionally, accidents can happen during transit. If your items arrive damaged, please reach out to us and we’ll make it right.
